COVID-19 Update - September 10, 2021

Thank you for doing your part during this health crisis and for your understanding as we adapt our business to serve you. Our goal is to provide you a safe environment to purchase a vehicle, service your vehicle, or purchase parts.

Can I get my car serviced or repaired?
Yes. Our service department is open to provide repair, warranty, and regular maintenance. We ask that you minimize in-store waiting when possible and we have a process to maintain the recommended 6 feet of physical distancing. In addition, your car's high touch areas are being wiped down with a 10% Hydrogen Peroxide solution as we enter and leave your vehicle.

Can I test drive a vehicle?
Yes. You can take an unescorted, contactless test drive. Whenever possible, please book your test drive in advance by calling 902-843-4002 or by clicking on the Book A Test Drive link of the vehicle you are interested in at www.truronissan.ca

Can I purchase a vehicle?
Yes. We encourage you to do as much as possible online at www.truronissan.ca or you can visit the showroom. We recommend that you schedule an appointment to ensure for the most efficient service. Please call 902-843-4002 to book your appointment. When it comes time take delivery and do the paperwork, we have a completely contactless curbside service available to you. Plus, we can deliver your sanitized vehicle to your home or workplace.

March 18 2020 Update

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Truro Nissan is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from provincial health authorities for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.
